How do I place an order for custom products?
You can place an order by contacting our sales team at jane.tang@nokelab.com or by filling out the quote request form on our website. Please provide the product sequence, purity requirements, quantity needed, and any special modifications.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is sample specification for research-grade products. For GMP products, minimum quantities vary based on the specific product and purity requirements. Please contact us for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfers, purchase orders from approved accounts, and PayPal for orders under $1,000.
How should I store my products?
Lyophilized products should be stored at -20°C or below for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, products should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
How do I dissolve my product?
The solvent depends on the product\'s properties. For most products, sterile water or PBS works well. Hydrophobic products may require DMSO or acetonitrile. See our solubility guidelines document for specific recommendations.
